Requirements
ï· 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or related roles.
ï· Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional
service.
ï· Experience with SaaS or enterprise -based products preferred.
ï· Proven ability in solution/concept selling (CRM, ERP, SaaS, CPaaS solutions).
Functional Skills
ï· Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all
organizational levels, including C -suite.
ï· Expertise in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
ï· Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with attention to detail.
ï· Willingness to travel as required.
