Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in AWS cloud sales to drive business growth across the West India region. 

Key Responsibilities

Market Presence & Account Growth

  • Establish and strengthen Flentas’ brand presence across the West India region.
  • Identify, acquire, and grow key enterprise and commercial accounts.
  • Build and maintain long -term relationships with senior stakeholders and CXO -level decision -makers.

Revenue Ownership & Pipeline Management

  • Own and drive quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with predictable deal flow.
  • Lead and close large, complex cloud transformation and migration deals.

AWS Alliance & Partner Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with AWS partner teams on joint Go -To -Market (GTM) initiatives.
  • Leverage AWS partner programs and partner -led opportunities to generate demand.
  • Work with presales and solution architecture teams to position AWS -based solutions effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–14 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, cloud sales, or technology consulting.
  • Hands -on experience in AWS cloud sales is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling regional markets.
  • Strong experience in selling AWS cloud services and solutions.
  • Prior experience in IT services, cloud consulting, or digital transformation sales is preferred.

  • Strong enterprise account management and consultative selling skills.
  • Good understanding of AWS cloud services and enterprise use cases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage with CXO -level executives and business leaders.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution and revenue ownership.
  • High level of ownership, integrity, and results orientation.
