Job Description - Enterprise Apps LEAD - Succes Factors

Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 2700000 (ie INR 20-27 LPA)

Min Experience: 7 years

JobType: full-time

Location: Hyderabad (Global Capability Center) – Hybrid work model with occasional evening hours to align with US stakeholder schedules and infrequent travel requirements.

About the Role

We are establishing a top-tier people technology support operations function within our Global Capability Center (GCC) to provide secure, scalable, and dependable HR technology services.

We are looking for a seasoned enterprise applications – people technology lead to champion operational excellence across SAP SuccessFactors and associated HR platforms. This position will oversee support operations, release management, platform governance, and ongoing service enhancements while developing and guiding a high-performing team.

You will work in close partnership with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Enterprise Systems, Payroll, and Security teams to optimize employee lifecycle processes and maintain smooth, audit-compliant HR operations.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Develop, lead, and mentor a support operations team based in the GCC region, specializing in HR technology platforms.
  • Design support models, create operational runbooks, and implement a follow-the-sun support framework to align with global stakeholders.
  • Set and track SLAs and KPIs, including metrics such as incident resolution, release quality, change success rates, and data accuracy.
  • Foster a culture that emphasizes accountability, adherence to documentation standards, knowledge sharing, and proactive risk management.

SAP SuccessFactors Platform Ownership

  • Serve as the primary operational owner of SAP SuccessFactors, managing implementation, configuration, deployment, and production support.
  • Oversee environment management, release scheduling, transport governance, regression testing, and change approval workflows.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation.

HR Technology Ecosystem & Integrations

  • Lead support operations across HR platforms such as Greenhouse, Beeline, and SmartRecruiters.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage releases, resolve issues, and enhance platform capabilities.
  • Manage integrations involving systems like Dayforce Payroll, Workforce Software, SailPoint, Active Directory/Entra, SAP S/4HANA, Concur, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Work closely with IAM and Security teams to handle SSO, role management, segregation of duties, access governance, and compliance controls.

Service Management & Governance

  • Be accountable for ITIL-based processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Lead efforts in major incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
  • Ensure audit readiness by enforcing strong access governance, privacy controls, and evidence management.
  • Drive knowledge management through creation and maintenance of SOPs, FAQs, knowledge repositories, and self-service support materials.
  • Supervise delivery across the broader Enterprise Applications portfolio encompassing SuccessFactors, HR platforms, and Atlassian tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR technology and team leadership roles.
  • Solid hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including implementation, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Background in supporting and integrating HR systems such as Greenhouse, Beeline, and SmartRecruiters.
  • Thorough understanding of HR data models and employee lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).
  • Demonstrated capability in managing global support operations using ITIL methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience establishing or scaling support functions within a GCC setting.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance processes including segregation of duties, access governance, and audit management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms and technologies such as Workato, Cloud Foundry, and SFTP.
