Hiring: Enterprise Architect | Amazon Connect

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 5+ Years

Education: 15 Years Full-Time Education

Work Mode: As per project requirements

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in Amazon Connect to define enterprise architecture strategies, target-state architecture, and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models

• Develop architecture vision, target state and transformation roadmaps

• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key architectural decisions

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and feedback

• Provide technical solutions across teams

• Manage and guide technical teams as an SME

• Continuously assess and improve architecture frameworks

• Ensure architecture aligns with business goals and innovation initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

A strong Enterprise Architect / Amazon Connect SME who can lead architecture decisions, collaborate across teams, and design scalable, resilient cloud solutions.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Connect

• Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture

• Experience designing scalable and resilient systems

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman

• Experience with cloud architecture and integration

• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and API Management

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
