We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join us to drive all marketing activities & supporting sales in India & the US.

Responsibilities

• Creating growth marketing strategies to achieve organisational goals.
• Drive automated email, Linkedin and other lead generation campaigns to support inside sales.
• Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution including, but not limited to, Lead generation, Events, Content & Email, social media campaigns
• Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of Gnani.ai’s sales team.
• Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and/or services, within marketing defined strategy.
• Support Channel and Alliance Marketing activities with internal Sales teams & partners- from approval of campaign through execution as required.
• Support organic Content creation for text , audio and video channels.
• Drive Branding and related activities.
• Ensure SEO, SMM & other digital marketing processes are used to drive traffic and increase rankings of Gnani.ai and related websites.
• Work with Analysts like Gartner, Forrester, Everest etc to ensure Gnani.ai gets good coverage and exposure in the Analyst community.
• Create, promote & propagate Gnani’s social media content and campaigns.

Requirements and skills

• 2-8 years experience in a growth marketing role in a B2B SAAS organization

Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.

• You possess a Degree in Marketing, Business or similar field.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
• Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Has driven lead generation programs successfully for a SAAS company.
• Hands-on experience of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies
• Excellent content writing and communication skills
