We are hiring a driven sales professional to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth across the North American market. This role is focused on proactive outbound engagement—identifying the right accounts, starting high-quality conversations, and creating strong top-of-funnel momentum for the revenue team.
Based out of our Bangalore office and aligned with North American business hours, you’ll work closely with Account Executives to unlock complex enterprise opportunities and build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers. This is a high-ownership, metrics-driven role designed for someone who enjoys prospecting at scale and winning in competitive B2B SaaS environments.
What You’ll Do
Enterprise Prospecting & Opportunity Creation
Proactively identify and target enterprise accounts across the US and Canada using a multi-channel outreach approach.
Run structured outbound motions using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account-based campaigns to open conversations with senior stakeholders.
Develop thoughtful, personalized messaging informed by account research, industry trends, and competitive insights.
Consistently generate qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities for the closing team.
Discovery & Qualification
Engage prospects to uncover business challenges, buying triggers, and decision-making frameworks.
Assess deal readiness and qualification rigorously to ensure only high-intent opportunities enter the sales pipeline.
Build early trust with prospects by articulating value clearly and positioning solutions effectively.
Pipeline Management & Sales Operations
Own accurate tracking of outreach, engagement, and opportunity progress within CRM systems.
Monitor conversion metrics and activity performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain clean pipeline hygiene through timely follow-ups and status updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, deal strategy, and handoff quality.
Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging, ICP definitions, and outbound playbooks.
Actively contribute to team reviews, retrospectives, and process improvements to elevate overall performance.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
3+ years of experience in outbound sales roles within a B2B SaaS environment, focused on the North American market.
Demonstrated success prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Hands-on experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior enterprise stakeholders.
Excellent account research, territory planning, and deal qualification skills.
Highly disciplined, goal-oriented mindset with comfort working against clear targets and KPIs.
Ability to manage time effectively while operating in North American business hours from a Bangalore office.
