## Job Title:\n\nOracle Fusion Order Orchestration / Order Management Lead (EDI Integration)\n\n* * *\n\n## Role Overview\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) / Order Orchestration Lead with strong expertise in EDI integrations (850, 860, 865, etc.). This role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end OM track in a support and enhancement environment, including solutioning, stakeholder engagement, and guiding technical teams.\n\n* * *\n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n### Functional Leadership \u0026 Ownership\n\n * Lead and own the Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) / Order Orchestration track.\n * Act as the primary point of contact for all OM-related functional and integration topics.\n * Drive solutioning for enhancements, small projects, and continuous improvements.\n\n\n\n### Requirements \u0026 Solution Design\n\n * Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.\n * Prepare high-quality Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).\n * Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion OM solutions.\n\n\n\n### EDI Integration (Critical Requirement)\n\n * Design and support integrations involving EDI transactions such as:\n * 850 (Purchase Order)\n * 860 (PO Change)\n * 865 (PO Acknowledgment/Change Response)\n * Work closely with integration teams on middleware (OIC, SOA, or equivalent) and external trading partners.\n * Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues across inbound/outbound flows.\n\n\n\n### Support \u0026 Issue Resolution\n\n * Handle functional support tickets (L2/L3) in Oracle Fusion OM.\n * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide clear, structured explanations to stakeholders.\n * Ensure timely resolution of production issues with minimal business impact.\n\n\n\n### Enhancements \u0026 Development\n\n * Lead and participate in enhancement initiatives and small projects.\n * Collaborate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment.\n * Contribute hands-on where required (configurations, validations, basic technical understanding).\n\n\n\n### Team Collaboration \u0026 Mentorship\n\n * Guide and mentor technical and junior functional team members.\n * Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation quality.\n * Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.\n\n\n\n### Stakeholder Management\n\n * Work closely with client business stakeholders to:\n * Explain issues and solutions clearly\n * Provide updates and recommendations\n * Build trust through effective communication\n\n\n\n* * *\n\n## Required Skills \u0026 Experience\n\n### Functional Expertise\n\n * Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management / Order Orchestration.\n * Deep understanding of:\n * Order lifecycle\n * Pricing, fulfillment, shipping, and orchestration flows\n * Order revisions and change management\n\n\n\n### EDI \u0026 Integration\n\n * Hands-on experience with EDI transactions (850, 860, 865).\n * Strong understanding of integration architecture (OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP, middleware platforms).\n * Experience working with trading partners and third-party logistics systems is a plus.\n\n\n\n### Support \u0026 Delivery\n\n * Proven experience in support projects (AMS model).\n * Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills.\n * Experience handling SLAs, ticket prioritization, and production support environments.\n\n\n\n### Documentation\n\n * Expertise in preparing:\n * FRDs / BRDs\n * Solution Design Documents\n * Process flows and integration diagrams\n\n\n\n### Technical Awareness\n\n * Good understanding of Oracle Fusion technical stack:\n * OIC / Integration Cloud\n * BI Reports / OTBI\n * Basic SQL (nice to have)\n\n\n\n* * *\n\n## Soft Skills (Critical)\n\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n * Ability to explain complex functional and technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.\n * Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.\n * Experience working in global, client-facing environments.\n\n\n\n* * *\n\n## Preferred Qualifications\n\n * Oracle Fusion certifications in Order Management or SCM.\n * Experience in manufacturing / retail / supply chain domains.\n * Exposure to Agile delivery model.\n\n\n
