Job Description - Enterprise Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Development Executive to drive outbound lead generation and pipeline creation for the North American market. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise prospects while collaborating closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into revenue. The position is office-based in Bangalore and requires alignment with North American business hours (EST/PST overlap).
This is a quota-driven role for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment and enjoys building relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Creation
Conduct high-impact outbound outreach through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and multi-channel campaigns targeting North American enterprises.
Research accounts, industries, and competitors to tailor messaging and increase engagement rates.
Generate sales-ready opportunities and consistently deliver qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Lead Qualification & Engagement
Identify customer pain points, evaluate buying intent, and map decision-making structures.
Ensure only high-quality, qualified leads progress to the sales team to maximize conversion.
Track engagement, follow-ups, and next steps for each prospect to maintain pipeline hygiene.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM systems.
Monitor outreach performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline health to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership for smooth lead handoffs and strategic alignment.
Share best practices, insights, and messaging strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Participate in team meetings, pipeline reviews, and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Experience & Requirements
3+ years of experience as an SDR or Sales Development Executive in the North American B2B SaaS market.
Proven track record in outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement.
Strong ability to communicate, influence, and build credibility with enterprise-level decision-makers.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing time and priorities independently.
Strong analytical skills, account mapping expertise, and research capabilities.
Comfortable working North American hours from an in-office environment in Bangalore.
