Role &
Responsibilities: -
· B2B SaaS / Fintech sales role with an individual
contributor focus
· End -to -end sales ownership including lead
generation, proposal creation, client calls, negotiations, and closures
· Create compelling sales pitches and customized
enterprise solutions (including LOS/LMS, POS solutions, prepaid cards, payment
solutions, and merchant acquiring services) to drive solution -based closures
· Lead the customer journey from first interaction
through contract signing and implementation
· Target medium and large corporates across
sectors such as education, e -commerce, logistics, large retail chains, eatery
chains, home delivery businesses, utility payments, POS aggregators, dairy,
government, insurance, and telecom
· Own and achieve monthly self -revenue targets by
defining and executing sales strategies
· Manage and defend existing accounts by
delivering exceptional account management and customer experience
· Strong people management and stakeholder
handling skills
· Highly customer -centric with a strong sense of
ownership and self -leadership
· Comfortable working with numbers and
consistently achieving business targets
· Ability to work independently as well as
collaboratively in a team environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
· Ability to perform under pressure in a
fast -paced startup environment
· Strong interpersonal skills, high integrity,
adaptability to change, and a creative sales mindset
· Prior experience in Payments / Fintech /
Merchant Acquiring companies (with exposure to LOS/LMS, POS, prepaid cards, or
related payment solutions) is preferred
· Demonstrated understanding of basic
troubleshooting concepts and techniques
