We specialise in contract and contract-to-hire staffing for high-demand Data & AI roles, including Data Engineers, ML Engineers, AI/LLM Engineers, MLOps/LLMOps Engineers, Analytics Engineers and AI Architects.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business in IT staffing, build long-term client relationships, and grow a profitable staffing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for IT staffing, from prospecting and first meeting through rate negotiation, MSA/SOW closure and account expansion


• Build a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market clients, with a primary focus on the US market


• Engage hiring managers, delivery heads, procurement and VMO teams to secure vendor empanelment


• Run multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email and calls, and maintain accurate CRM records


• Coordinate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and fulfilled on time


• Expand existing accounts by cross-selling AI software development and Data & AI services


• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, gross margin and new client acquisition

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B IT staffing sales experience (contract staffing, staff augmentation or contract-to-hire)


• At least 3 years of experience selling to enterprise clients


• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing accounts


• Strong understanding of staffing commercials, including bill rates, pay rates, margins, payment terms and vendor onboarding


• Experience working with US clients and across US time zones


• Working knowledge of technology roles in Data, Cloud and AI


• Excellent English communication, negotiation and presentation skills
