Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in handling large enterprise accounts, government accounts, and familiarity with the Audio-Visual (AV) industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing high-value relationships and driving sales growth within these sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Develop and manage a portfolio of large enterprise and government accounts, ensuring strong relationships at multiple levels within the client organization.
∙ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
∙ Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals within the enterprise and government sectors.
∙ Identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling AV solutions, and expand the company’s footprint within existing accounts.
∙ Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and opportunities within the enterprise and government sectors.
∙ Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
∙ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term relationships.
∙ Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
∙ Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
∙ Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management on account status, pipeline development, and sales performance.
∙ Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes.
∙ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on large enterprise and government accounts.
∙ Proven track record in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry is highly preferred.
∙ Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals.
∙ Strong understanding of AV technologies and solutions.
∙ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
∙ Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
∙ Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.
∙ Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
∙ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
