Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager for a leading technology solutions provider focused on network and infrastructure transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive enterprise growth by managing 30 strategic accounts across BFSI, ITES, and Manufacturing
Own the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
Partner with OEMs and presales teams to build winning solutions
Achieve annual revenue targets of ₹30 -35 Cr with sustained profitability

Requirements

Proven enterprise/solution sales experience in the Mumbai market
Strong CXO, procurement, and IT infrastructure stakeholder network
Solid skills in forecasting, negotiation, and managing complex sales cycles
Ability to build long -term client relationships through regular engagement
Hands -on experience with CRM, pipeline tracking, and competitive analysis
Experience in joint sales motions and workshops with OEM partners
