Job Description - Enterprise Sales Manager

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 12-30 LPA)

Min Experience: 5 years

Location: Pune

JobType: full-time

We are developing an automotive data analytics platform that assists OEMs in making data-driven decisions in the following areas:

  • Sales Planning
  • Product Planning
  • Dealer Network Development
  • Market Share Analytics
  • New Product Development (NPD)
  • Competitive Benchmarking

Our solutions empower automotive companies to discover growth opportunities by leveraging detailed market intelligence and retail analytics.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise sales initiatives targeting Automotive OEMs, EV manufacturers, and mobility sector participants.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with teams in Sales, Strategy, Product Planning, and Dealer Development.
  • Recognize customer challenges and propose analytics solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and business presentations to enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate closely with product and analytics teams to develop tailored client solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Background in Enterprise SaaS, Automotive Analytics, or Automotive Consulting.
  • Proven consultative selling abilities and effective stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of OEM operations including sales planning, product planning, and dealer management.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
