Job Summary
We are looking for a high -performing Enterprise Sales professional with experience in CPaaS and
SaaS solution selling to acquire new logos, hunt, and grow large enterprise accounts. The role involves
consultative selling, long sales cycles, stakeholder management, and closing
high -value deals across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
â Drive new business acquisition by targeting large and mid -enterprise accounts
â Own the end -to -end sales cycle – prospecting, discovery, solutioning, demo,
commercial negotiation, and closure
â Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
â Build and maintain a healthy enterprise sales pipeline
Solution Selling & Client Engagement
â Understand customer business challenges and map them to CPaaS/SaaS solutions
(IVR, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Voice, Contact Center, APIs, etc.)
â Conduct CXO -level discussions and multi -stakeholder meetings
â Work closely with Pre -Sales, Product, and Tech teams for solution design and
proposals
â Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals
Market & Process Ownership
â Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and CPaaS ecosystem
â Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM updates
â Provide feedback to Product & Marketing teams based on market insights
Required Skills & Experience
Must -Have
â 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales within CPaaS, SaaS, or Cloud
solutions
â Proven track record of closing large -ticket enterprise deals
â Strong understanding of solution -based / consultative selling
â Experience in handling long sales cycles and complex negotiations
â Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
â Experience selling to industries like BFSI, E -commerce, EdTech, Healthcare,
Logistics, or Government
â Familiarity with CRM tools.
â Exposure to RFP/RFQ processes and enterprise procurement cycles
