Hiring: Enterprise ServiceNow IRM Architect

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15+ Years

Salary: ₹35–45 LPA

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise ServiceNow IRM Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and transformation of enterprise -scale IRM/GRC ecosystems on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect scalable IRM solutions across Risk, Compliance, Audit, VRM & BCM

Design integrations with SecOps, ITSM, HRSD & CMDB/CSDM ecosystems

Lead AI -enabled IRM initiatives using ServiceNow Now Assist & predictive risk modeling

Govern architecture, scripting standards, integrations & upgrade readiness

Drive executive stakeholder workshops and compliance automation strategies

Align IRM solutions with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA & DORA

Build real -time executive dashboards and performance analytics

Required Skills:

15+ years of IT/Enterprise Architecture experience

10+ years in ServiceNow development & architecture

4+ years dedicated to ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture

Expertise in IRM, Risk Assessments, Controls, Issue Management & Attestation Workflows

Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer & IntegrationHub experience

Hands -on integration expertise with REST, SOAP, OAuth2 & MID Server

Deep understanding of CMDB, CSDM & enterprise data modeling

Preferred Certifications:

CIS -Risk & Compliance, CIS -VRM, CAD, CTA/CMA, CRISC, CISA, CISSP
