BeatO is hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to take complete ownership of its GLP-1 Weight Management Business, currently generating approximately ₹1 crore in monthly revenue.
This is not a strategy or support role. It is a business leadership mandate where you'll run the business like your own—with full ownership of the P&L, growth targets, and business performance.
This role is ideal for someone who has already run a business or owned a business unit, rather than simply contributing to one.
Experience in GLP-1, weight management, consumer health, or healthtech is a strong advantage, but the most important quality is the ability to think and operate like a founder within an organization.
GLP-1-based weight management is one of the fastest-growing healthcare categories globally, and BeatO is already an established, well-funded player in this space.
The business has achieved meaningful scale (₹1 crore monthly revenue) while still being early enough for the next phase of growth to be shaped by the person in this role.
