We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with the leadership team in building, scaling, and launching high-impact business initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with a founder mindset who thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and enjoy solving complex business problems from first principles. As an EIR, you will work across strategy, growth, product, operations, and new business opportunities, acting as a key driver in shaping the company’s next phase of growth.
This is a high-ownership role designed for entrepreneurial professionals who have previously founded, co-founded, or built businesses and are eager to apply their experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will get the opportunity to work directly with decision-makers, validate new ideas, drive strategic execution, and build scalable business initiatives from the ground up.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, growth initiatives, and strategic expansion areas.
Work closely with leadership teams to drive execution of high-priority projects across multiple business functions.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Build and validate new product ideas, business models, and operational frameworks.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing, operations, technology, and business teams.
Create scalable processes, optimize workflows, and improve business efficiency.
Support fundraising discussions, partnership initiatives, and investor-related activities when required.
Develop business plans, go-to-market strategies, and execution roadmaps for new initiatives.
Analyze key business metrics, identify gaps, and recommend growth strategies.
Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from ideation and planning to execution and performance tracking.
Act as a problem solver and strategic partner in addressing evolving business challenges.
Build and experiment rapidly while maintaining strong focus on business impact and outcomes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of experience as a founder, co-founder, startup operator, or entrepreneurial leader.
Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
Proven ability to build, launch, or scale products, businesses, or growth initiatives.
Comfortable working in highly dynamic and ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask across strategy, execution, operations, and growth functions.
Experience in startups, consumer internet, digital products, or high-growth businesses is highly preferred.
Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
Passion for innovation, experimentation, and building impactful solutions.
