We are looking for a sharp problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and can build scalable solutions from 0→1 while working closely with leadership on high-impact business initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with founders and leadership to solve high-priority business problems


• Identify operational, growth, product, or strategic gaps and develop actionable solutions


• Lead end-to-end problem-solving across critical business functions


• Build hypotheses, test experiments, and create scalable business processes


• Drive 0→1 initiatives, from ideation to execution


• Analyze data, uncover insights, and recommend strategic decisions


• Navigate ambiguity and independently create structure in fast-moving environments


• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes

What We are Looking For

• 4-8 years of startup, founder's office, strategy, consulting, growth, product, or business operations experience


• Proven ability to solve unstructured business challenges


• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach


• High ownership with a builder mentality


• Comfort working in fast-paced, constantly evolving startup environments


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution


• Resilience, curiosity, and action-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience

• Direct exposure to founders or leadership teams


• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups


• Track record of building processes, solving operational bottlenecks, or scaling new initiatives
