About the role:

We are seeking a Community Manager to lead our creator and community ecosystem from our Gurgaon HQ. This is a high-agency role focused on building a vibrant network of global creators, managing our user testing community, and spearheading partnerships across wellness, tech, and performance-driven audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Global Creator & Affiliate Ecosystem
- Build and manage a global network of creators — across YouTube tech creators, Instagram wellness influencers, Olympic athletes, and elite performance coaches.
- Drive Luna’s affiliate sales program, from outreach to tracking performance and incentivization.
- Design and run content collabs and review partnerships to generate authentic, high-conversion content
Media & Tech Reviewer Relations
- Lead Luna’s outreach to global tech media, consumer wellness blogs, and YouTube reviewers.
- Seed products with top-tier journalists and track reviews across launch cycles.
- Own the lifecycle from pitch to publication and feedback loop.
User Community & Testing Programs
- Manage Luna’s Slack and Reddit beta groups, enabling real-time user feedback and early feature testing.
- Design structured programs for community input on product updates, features, and bug fixes.
- Host AMAs, changelog walkthroughs, and community feedback reviews.
Events & Global Presence
- Organize Luna’s virtual and in-person meetups with biohackers, creators, and early users in global cities.
- Create partnerships with wellness collectives, gyms, coaching communities, and creator houses.

Requirement:

Bachelors/Masters from Tier I colleges.
International Exposure is highly desirable either through education or work.
2–5 years of experience in community management, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or wellness networks.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for engaging creators, users, and journalists.
Execution-First: Strong ownership mindset with the ability to hustle, negotiate, and execute campaigns independently.
Community Tools: Proficient in Slack, Reddit, affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Upfluence), Notion, Discord, and social media channels.
Passion-Driven: A genuine interest in biohacking, performance science, and building with users.
