Environment & Energy Officer

Reporting Manager-Senior Environment and Energy Supt

Purpose (Why does the position exist, WITH what objectives and WITHIN what limits)-Integral part of the Environment and Energy/Emissions team to support & assist the EEN General Manager /Superintendents in maintaining data, records and reports of the vessel.

Relevant Experience-

1-2 yrs Shore experience (preferably in Marine Industry)

Knowledge – Education & Functional-

Should be a B Sc. graduate or hold an equivalent degree OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Shipping(sailing experience preferred)

Skills – Behavioural-

Record Keeping & Reporting

• The assistant will provide general support to the Environment and Energy team ashore.


• Collate data received from vessels for Environmental and Energy statistics.


• Be responsible for review of Enviro documents under supervision of Environment Superintendents
