We are seeking applications for the position of Environment Expert in various cities across India.

• Lead environmental assessments and studies for the Urban Water Metro Project.
• Conduct and review Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Management Plans (EMP), and environmental monitoring programs.
• Assess potential environmental impacts related to water metro routes, ferry terminals, jetties, navigation channels, docking facilities, and associated infrastructure.
• Evaluate impacts on water quality, aquatic ecosystems, biodiversity, wetlands, riverbanks, coastal environments, and surrounding communities.
• Identify mitigation measures to minimize environmental and social impacts during construction and operation phases.
• Support environmental clearance processes and ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations, standards, and statutory requirements.
• Develop environmental management and monitoring frameworks for project implementation.
• Conduct environmental risk assessments and climate resilience evaluations for waterfront and transport infrastructure.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, environmental agencies, local bodies, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor environmental performance during construction and operation and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Provide environmental inputs for feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), tender documents, and project planning activities.
• Review contractor environmental management plans and ensure implementation of environmental safeguards.
• Prepare environmental reports, compliance reports, monitoring reports, and stakeholder presentations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Management, or related discipline from a recognized university; or
• Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Natural Resource Management, or related field.
• Post-Graduation (Master's Degree/PG Diploma) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Ecology, Coastal & Marine Environment Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience in environmental planning, environmental management, and environmental assessment of infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in conducting and/or reviewing Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) involving river transport, inland waterways, maritime transport, ports, harbors, ferry terminals, coastal infrastructure, or water-based transportation projects.
