EPC Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the EPC, infrastructure, industrial, and construction sectors.
  
• Meet EPC contractors, project consultants, government departments, builders, and industrial clients to promote company products/services.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  
• Conduct field visits to project sites and understand customer requirements.
  
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and after-sales support.
  
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming projects.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, leads, and sales activities in CRM or sales reports.
  
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
  

Required Experience

• 2–6 years of field sales experience in the EPC/Construction/Infrastructure/Industrial sector.
  
• Experience dealing with EPC contractors, project procurement teams, consultants, and government departments.
  
• Strong understanding of project sales and tender-based business is preferred.

Qualification

• B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) preferred.
  
• Diploma holders with relevant EPC sales experience may also apply.
  

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong relationship-building ability.
  
• Knowledge of EPC project cycles and procurement processes.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  
• Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license (preferred).
