Role And Responsibilities

•         Brokerage Generation and Trading on behalf of the clients

•         Advising clients on investing in equity and derivative markets.

•         Executing orders on behalf of clients using terminal-based systems.

•         Promoting online trading options to customers, including mobile web and executable platforms.

•         Building strong and long-term relationships with clients, while also educating them on investment opportunities.

•         Identifying cross-selling opportunities to maximize client benefits.

•         Achieving targets for new client acquisitions and brokerage.

•         Reactivating dormant clients to increase business potential.

•         Ensuring compliance with surveillance risk and deal desk processes.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 01 years of experience in any broking industry.

• Graduation is mandatory

• Age below 35 years.

Required Skills

• NISM 8 Certification(active)

• Equity Derivative knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales and negotiation abilities
