Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equity Dealer/Equity Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trades on behalf of clients, providing investment advice, and managing client portfolios. A strong understanding of the equity market and excellent communication skills are essential. Holding a valid NISM-8 certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Execute trades efficiently and accurately on behalf of clients, ensuring best execution practices.
  
• Provide investment recommendations and advice to clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  
• Manage client portfolios and monitor market conditions to identify investments opportunities.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, news, and regulatory changes.
  
• Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of stocks.
  
• Generate research reports and investment strategies.
  
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Achieve assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  
• Use trading platforms and other relevant software effectively.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  
• Mandatory: Valid NISM-8 (Equity Derivatives) Certification.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Equity Dealer/Advisor.
  
• Strong understanding of the equity market, trading strategies, and investment products.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  
• Proficiency in using trading platforms and financial software.
  
• Proven track record of achieving targets and building client relationships.
  
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance or MBA.
  
• Experience with portfolio management software.
  
• Additional NISM certifications (e.g., Investment Advisor, Research Analyst).
