Gather and document business requirements.

Prepare BRD/FRD and functional specifications.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Support ERP implementation, testing, and UAT.
Conduct user training and provide post -implementation support.
Ensure timely resolution of project -related issues.
