ERP Engineer

Job Description

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives.

Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions to meet client needs.

Lead the implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics NAV projects.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.

Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Manage sales and pricing processes through Salesforce

Oversee customer relationship and implementation through the MS NAV system.

Facilitate field service operations through the ServiceMax system

Oversee product lifecycle management through the Agile PLM system.

Experience with Salesforce and Service Max is desirable and would be considered a plus.
