As an ERP- Finance Functional- Manager, you will specialize in analyzing client needs, implementing ERP software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft ERP applications. This will enable clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, working within our Microsoft practice. You will have the opportunity to engage with the Financial Services industry, particularly within the Insurance sector, to drive impactful solutions. Your role will involve analyzing and identifying the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects, and developing skills outside your comfort zone.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions effectively
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of ERP software integration projects
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of Microsoft ERP applications
- Developing and customizing ERP strategies to optimize operational efficiency for financial services clients
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and strategic objectives
- Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps to enhance business application consulting services
- Collaborating with team leadership to uphold professional standards and quality in deliverables
- Encouraging continuous process improvement and embracing change within project teams
- Mentoring junior staff to develop skills and foster a culture of innovation and inclusion
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
