Requirements

Title: ERP Recruiter – Staffing & Contract Hiring

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3 – 7 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Functional, Techno-Functional, and Technical ERP positions (with focus on contract hiring).
  
• Partner with Leads & Account Managers to understand technical requirements and define role specifications.
  
• Source and engage ERP professionals through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  
• Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
  
• Conduct assessments, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and drive offer negotiations.
  
• Build and maintain a strong ERP talent pipeline across multiple technologies.
  
• Ensure timely closure of positions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance with organizational processes.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in recruiting ERP professionals (SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules and technical terminology.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  

Good to Have:

• ATS experience (preferred Zoho).
  
• Applicants from consulting or fast-paced staffing/recruiting backgrounds are preferred.
  
• Exposure to international hiring (US, UK, APAC).
  
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and talent market mapping.
