About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented ERP Relationship Manager / Team Leader to drive ERP solution sales, develop strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and an understanding of ERP/SaaS solutions. This role combines business development, client relationship management, solution selling, and sales team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete ERP sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closure.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.


• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.


• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and business targets.


• Develop sales strategies, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and identify new business opportunities.


• Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial discussions with clients.


• Coordinate with implementation, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.


• Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.


• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, software solutions, enterprise sales, or related domains.


• Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.


• Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.


• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, CRM, HRMS, SCM, POS, etc.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to engage effectively with CXO-level stakeholders.


• Strong analytical, business development, and problem-solving abilities.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.


• MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
