Job Description: 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows Expert technical knowledge of one or more components Reporting & Extracts OTBI BIP HCM Extract Data Migration HDL HSDL Fast Formulas Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the technical lead Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution Able to architect complex Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)
