Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Executive to support and monitor daily ERP activities across the organization. The role involves ensuring adherence to SOPs, assisting end users in their daily ERPNext usage, and helping maintain smooth ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support users across the organization on day-to-day ERP issues and queries
Monitor daily ERP transactions and operational process flow
Help users complete ERP activities correctly and unblock them when they are stuck
Check whether users are following the right ERP process and correct deviations when needed
Work closely with operations teams on inventory and stock movement related issues
Draft and update SOPs for ERP processes
Monitor adherence to defined SOPs and process standards
Escalate system issues, gaps, and recurring user problems to the ERP admin or technical team
Maintain process discipline and support smooth day-to-day ERP operations

Requirements

1 to 3 years of work experience
Prior hands-on experience working with any ERP system
ERPNext exposure is a plus, but not mandatory
Good understanding of inventory and stock movement related processes
Basic experience with ERP-based reporting
Basic Excel skills, includingVLOOKUPandSUMIFS
Good communication skills, especially when working with non-technical users
Strong learning ability, ownership, and day-to-day problem solving mindset

Preferred Background

Experience in manufacturing environments
Experience in ERP support or ERP operations roles

Fresher with no full-time work experience
Internship-only experience
Pure data entry background without ERP process exposure
