ERP Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled ERP Support Executive with SQL knowledge to support, maintain, and customize our ERP system. The ideal candidate will assist users, troubleshoot ERP issues, generate reports, and collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Provide day-to-day ERP user support and resolve application issues

✔ Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, reports, and troubleshooting

✔ Generate MIS reports and dashboards for business users

✔ Configure ERP modules based on business requirements

✔ Coordinate with users to identify, analyze, and resolve ERP-related issues

✔ Support ERP implementation, testing, upgrades, and customization

✔ Maintain master data and ensure data accuracy

✔ Prepare user documentation and conduct basic user training

✔ Collaborate with IT and functional teams for continuous process improvement
