As an ERP Technical Developer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming technology landscapes for our clients across Front, Back, and Mid-Office functions by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to PwC’s value proposition of “strategy led and technology enabled,” aligning industry focus with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. You will help clients optimize their Sales, Service, and Marketing functions, deploying Microsoft Business Applications Suite to provide enterprises with tailored front office applications.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and motivating others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. Responsibilities

• Contribute across all phases of ERP projects (e. g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test).
• Leverage technical expertise to Architect Design and Solution ERP solutions.
• Liaise effectively between clients, onshore team to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
• Assess business requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design Conceptual and Technical architecture
• Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI/ Metrics
• Understand and implement Best Practices for Designing and Coding
• Has good Project Management experience using Agile and Waterfall models – should be able to plan the sprint, run the daily stand up, track the team’s progress, maintain DevOps and build the status report for onshore/ Client
• Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
• Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements.
• Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Architecting large complex solutions using the Microsoft stack.
• Experience with Power Platform (Portals/ Power Pages, Power Apps, Automate, Power BI), Azure integration , Business Events , XML conversion .
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O and understanding of several modules like AR , AP , Inventory & Warehouse Management , Master Planning .
• Experience of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model including the customizations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions
• Experience in developing Data Migration Strategy, architecture, and right tool selection
• Understanding of Dynamics Licensing model
• System integrations with Dynamics 365 Online – tools, techniques, and best practices. Knowledge of Logic Apps and Azure Functions will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles (Waterfall/ Agile) , development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and hyper care support
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD implementation , Azure component deployment through Dev ops pipeline.
