Lead to drive technical excellence and lead a talented team in our Cairo
office.

Job Summary: The ERP Technical Team Lead will be responsible
for leading the technical aspects of Epicor ERP projects, guiding a team of
developers, and ensuring seamless project delivery. The role demands hands -on
experience in Epicor ERP development, with expertise in BPMs (Business Process
Management), BAQs (Business Activity Queries), and comprehensive project
management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Technical Team: Manage and mentor a team of ERP
developers, fostering a collaborative and high -performance environment.

· ERP Solution Design and Development: Develop and customize
Epicor ERP solutions using BPMs and BAQs to meet business needs.

· Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee ERP
projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

· Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to
gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership during
development, testing, and implementation phases.

· Best Practices and Documentation: Ensure all development
work adheres to best practices and is thoroughly documented.

· Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical
issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay up -to -date with the latest
features of Epicor ERP and recommend enhancements to improve system performance
and efficiency.

· Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to
end -users and junior developers, facilitating knowledge transfer within the
team.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Experience: 6 -8 years of proven experience in ERP
development and implementation, with a significant focus on Epicor ERP.

· Certifications: Epicor ERP certifications or equivalent
training would be an advantage.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
