As an ERP-Functional-Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' technology landscapes across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain functions by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to PwC's value proposition of "strategy led and technology enabled," aligning industry focus with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. This role involves deploying and optimizing Microsoft Business Applications Suite to provide enterprises with tailored back/mid-office applications designed to meet unique business needs.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will help our clients transform their technology landscape, providing them with deep domain knowledge and purpose-built applications.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions across finance, operations, and supply chain functions
- Managing client engagements by developing strategic plans and overseeing project execution to meet client expectations
- Guiding teams in customizing and developing Microsoft Business Applications Suite to address unique business needs
- Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform to transform clients' technology landscapes
- Overseeing data integration and system interoperability to enhance business performance and continuity
- Promoting continuous process improvement and delivery excellence within project teams
- Analyzing and addressing complex business issues using critical thinking and strategic questioning
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and deliver quality results
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to identify and address technology challenges
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within ERP frameworks and processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
