Description
The ESaaS - Business Central Developer will play a pivotal role in driving the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within Zensar Technologies. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex ERP and CRM integration programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading global delivery teams, ensuring effective governance, and delivering transformative initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration projects, including planning, governance, and successful execution.
Manage project planning, scheduling, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
Coordinate with customer teams, implementation partners, architects, developers, and vendors.
Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, and release management processes.
Oversee Hypercare, transition to support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage RAID logs, dependencies, change requests, and delivery risks.
Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication.
Maintain Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise.
Provide executive reporting and financial management for integration programs.

Qualifications

10-15+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, and CRM integration programs.
Proven leadership in global delivery teams and complex transformation initiatives.
Strong project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in stakeholder management and delivery governance.
Proficiency in budget management, resource planning, and RAID management.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid or offshore environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
A proactive and results-driven approach to project delivery.
