ESaaS - SAP - Technical - Basis

What's this role about? 

6 to 8 years of experience in implementation and supporting SAP S/4 HANA SD and Professional Services. Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge, understanding of Project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes.  

Experience in SAP Business Process Design & Implement as well as Support areas including SLAs management and Root cause Analysis. 

Contribute to competency and Coordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions, methodology etc. 

Here's how you'll contribute: 

SAP Professional Services & Sales and Distribution Consultant at Zensar takes end-to-end ownership of projects implementation / support and provides valuable expertise.  Well acquainted with SAP Methodology and involvement in various stages of project implementation. 

You’ll do this by: 

• Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery 

• Understanding requirements and writing Functional Specification documents 

• Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role 

• Managing L2/L3 helpdesk support and Developments in SAP Professional Services

• Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritizing responsibilities based on dynamic requirements 

• Being a highly motivated natural team player with stupendous communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Skilled in delivering in a goal oriented, target driven work environment.  

• Being part of the team that provides production support functions for Professional Services and Project System.  

• Participate in hyper-care and work on production support tasks as required providing L2/L3 support 

• Provide Strong systems / process knowledge particularly SAP Professional Services with problem-solving skills and ability 

• Partner with Business teams and SAP Implementation teams to understand the implemented business scenarios and quickly gear up for providing support to end users. 

• Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and provide regular updates to business users and management team 

• SAP Certification and / or domain experience will be an added advantage 

Skills required to contribute: 

• 5-6 years of Functional experience in SAP Professional Services & Sales and Distribution.  

• Should have hands-on experience in Professional Services in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (preferably in Public Cloud). 

• Must have hands-on experience in Event based revenue recognition, Customer and Internal Project Management, Resource management. 

• Must have hands-on experience in Time Recording in Professional Service projects, Revenue Recognition, Project Billing, WIP and Project Reporting.  

• Hands on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution related configuration such as Sales document types, Pricing procedure determination, customer pricing, document pricing procedures, tax conditions, localization etc..  

• Good knowledge with Integration of SAP Project Systems with 3rd party time tracking systems like Replicon  

• Worked on production support assignments previously and with good understanding of ticket handling and SLA 

• Should have good documentation, communication skills and ability to work in global environments, cultures, time zones etc. 

• Strong systems / process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

• Possess a strong business and customer/client focus 

• In-depth experience of SAP Sales and Distribution & Professional services and thorough understanding of cross functional applications, integrating other modules with SD and PS. 

• Should be familiar with preparation of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Taking Sign-offs, Configuration, Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 

• Should have good understanding in inter-company billing process.  

• Worked on Developing/Executing test scenarios and test cases. Hands on experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Quality Assurance, Defects tracking using any testing tool. 

• Ability to resolve issues with the Client in existing business processes and issues that require configuration changes 

• Should be able to generate reports as per the requirement of the client in SAP Professional Services and Sales and Distribution modules. 

• Imparted extensive training to the End Users 

• Provided post go-live support and generated daily status reports 

Should be based out of Hyderabad OR willing to relocate to Hyderabad
