ESG & Sustainability consultants

• Develop and execute customized onboarding plans for new customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our Sustainability Cloud platforms.
  


• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing clear and concise communication.
  


• Configure and set up customer accounts, ensuring accurate data integration and platform customization.
  


• Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and demos to ensure customers understand the features and benefits of our platforms.
  


• Provide real time solutions related to software, networking, servers issues
  


• Develop and deliver training sessions to educate customers on the usage and best practices of our Sustainability Cloud platforms.
  


• Monitor customer adoption and provide guidance to ensure they are getting the most value from our platforms.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
  


• Assist customers in aligning sustainability initiatives with BRSR reporting requirements, ensuring data is captured and structured for compliance.
  


• Support clients in identifying, tracking, and reporting ESG metrics as per BRSR frameworks and disclosures.
  


• Provide guidance on integrating BRSR-related KPIs within the platform for improved transparency and reporting
  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines.
  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  


• Familiarity with sustainability and environmental concepts is desirable.
  


• Familiarity with sustainability, environmental concepts, and BRSR/ESG reporting frameworks is desirable.​
