As an Ethics & Compliance - Internal Investigations - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and influence to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Your ability to validate outcomes with stakeholders, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback will be crucial. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading internal investigations to address compliance and ethical concerns within the organization
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Applying strategic questioning techniques to uncover underlying issues and opportunities during investigations
- Utilizing investigative decision-making skills to guide teams through complex and ambiguous situations
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that communicate findings and recommendations effectively
- Collaborating with stakeholders to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into ongoing risk management programs
- Directing teams in the development of risk management programs that enhance internal controls and mitigate risks
- Promoting a culture of integrity by modeling and reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster a diverse and inclusive team environment
- Making informed decisions to resolve issues that hinder team effectiveness and operational excellence
What You Must Have
- Regular LL.B from a reputed law school/university.
- LL.M.,CCEP-I; CFE is desirable.
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
