ETL Developer

• Experience with complicated SSIS Package coding and maintenance.


• Participate in ongoing DW/BI performance tuning activities.


• Create ETL packages. (Mandatory on SSIS, Knowledge of other ETL is good to have).


• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.


• Perform scheduled maintenance and support deployment activities as required.


• Manage SQL Databases but not limited and can extend to NoSQL/Cloud Database as applicable.


• Experience in creation of SQL Tables, Views, MV’s, Stored Procedures and working on complex T- SQL statements.


• Expert knowledge in traditional relational database concepts and design. Fluent in SQL.


• Database design and query optimization.


• Write and debug stored procedures and ability in advanced SQL operations.


• Automate manual data tasks through workflows and ETL packages.


• Should possess skill to maintain, monitor, troubleshoot daily jobs using SQL Server Agent.


• Administrate application and server environments.


• Analyze data quality and make recommendations for data preparation.


• Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, especially with technical analysis (including understanding internal documents).


• Experience with data manipulation, data engineering, and working with large data sets.


• Follow guidance from senior team members to plan, deploy, and maintain critical data solutions.

• Installing and configuring SQL Server, applying patches and fixes and monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.


• Creating backup plans, developing, and testing disaster recovery scenarios, managing security, server sizing, and performance tuning.


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
