Job Summary

We are looking for a customer -focused Service Advisor who will act as a key link between customers and the workshop team. The role involves handling service bookings, understanding vehicle issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a smooth service experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Service Booking

• Greet customers and schedule service appointments
  

• Understand customer concerns and vehicle -related issues
  

• Explain service requirements, repair options, timelines, and costs
  

Job Card Preparation & Workshop Coordination

• Prepare accurate job cards / work orders
  

• Communicate repair and maintenance requirements to technicians
  

• Ensure proper job allocation to mechanics
  

Advising & Upselling

• Recommend preventive maintenance and additional services
  

• Upsell value -added services, accessories, and extended warranties
  

Workshop Communication

• Act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team
  

• Track job progress and provide timely updates to customers
  

• Ensure jobs are completed within committed timelines
  

Cost Estimation & Customer Approval

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and services
  

• Obtain customer approval before executing additional work
  

Quality Check & Vehicle Delivery

• Inspect serviced vehicles prior to delivery
  

• Explain work performed, billing details, and warranty coverage
  

• Ensure smooth and timely vehicle handover
  

Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  

• Follow up post -service to collect feedback
  

• Build and maintain long -term customer relationships
  

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain service records and job -related documentation
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards
  

Skills Required

Experience & Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Service Advisor in 2 -Wheeler EV segment
  

• Industry Preference: Electric Two -Wheeler / Automobile Service
  

Compensation

• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹26,000 Net Take -Home per month
