Role: Automobile Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling
   
2. Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
   
3. Verify service requests and capture customer feedback
   
4. Communicate repair updates to customers
   

1. Diagnosis
   
2. Analyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
   
3. Update diagnosis reports in the workshop management system
   
4. Perform and inspect repairs based on customer requirements
   

1. System Handling
   
2. Track customer complaints and update the system in real -time
   
3. Operate workshop management systems and ensure adherence
   
4. Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
   
5. Check scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre
   

1. Technical Repairs
   
2. Possess in -depth knowledge of OLA scooters
   
3. Perform repairs and replacements on scooter parts
   
4. Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news
   

1. Process and Operational
   
2. Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre and maintain clear bays for vehicles/scooters
   
3. Handle invoicing and payment collections
   
4. Ensure bays are free from foreign materials and ready for service
   

1. Parts Operation
   
2. Audit inventory and maintain consistency between system and physical inventory
   
3. Perform GRN and manage inventory at the Experience Centre
   
4. Manage warranty part reverse logistics to the main workshop
   

1. Safety and Compliance
   
2. Adhere to uniform and protective gear requirements
   
3. Use protective gear and handle tool kits properly during repairs
   
4. Ensure availability of fire -fighting equipment for safety

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post -graduation
  
• Minimum experience: at least 6 months in the automobile service sector
