Role: Automobile Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling
   
2. Warmly welcome and assist customers with service requests
   
3. Gather and update customer feedback in the system
   
4. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair updates
   

1. Diagnosis
   
2. Analyze and diagnose scooters to determine necessary repairs
   
3. Document diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System (Getafix)
   
4. Perform necessary repairs and conduct final inspections based on customer requirements
   

1. System Handling
   
2. Track customer complaints in Zendesk and provide real -time updates
   
3. Utilize Workshop Management System (Getafix) with 100% adherence
   
4. Update operational status and estimated time of arrival in CRM and WMS systems
   
5. Monitor scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre for thorough diagnosis
   

1. Technical Repairs
   
2. Possess comprehensive knowledge of OLA Scooter and its technical aspects
   
3. Capable of repairing/replacing all scooter parts
   
4. Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news bulletins
   

1. Process and Operational
   
2. Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre and ensure clear bay markings for vehicles/scooters
   
3. Handle invoicing and payment collections
   
4. Maintain service bays in a clean and serviceable condition
   

1. Parts Operation
   
2. Conduct inventory audits and ensure alignment of system and physical inventory
   
3. Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre
   
4. Manage warranty part reverse logistics to the main workshop
   

1. Safety and Compliance
   
2. Adhere to uniform and protective gear requirements during scooter repairs
   
3. Properly use protective gear and handle tool kits during repairs
   
4. Ensure availability and readiness of fire -fighting equipment

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post -graduation
  
• Minimum experience: at least 6 months in the automobile service sector
