Role: Automobile Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling
   
2. Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
   
3. Verify service requests and capture customer feedback
   
4. Communicate repair updates to customers
   

1. Diagnosis
   
2. Analyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
   
3. Update diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System
   
4. Perform and inspect vehicle repairs based on customer requirements
   

1. System Handling
   
2. Track customer complaints and update the system in real -time
   
3. Operate Workshop Management System and ensure adherence
   
4. Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
   
5. Check scooter health for deep diagnosis in Telematics Command Centre
   

1. Technical Repairs
   
2. Possess comprehensive knowledge of OLA Scooter
   
3. Perform repair and replacement of scooter parts
   
4. Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news
   

1. Process and Operational
   
2. Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre
   
3. Manage invoicing and payment collections
   
4. Ensure service bays are well -maintained
   

1. Parts Operation
   
2. Audit inventory and maintain accuracy between system and physical inventory
   
3. Perform GRN and manage inventory at the Experience Centre
   
4. Handle warranty part reverse logistics to the main workshop
   

1. Safety and Compliance
   
2. Wear uniform and protective gear during scooter repairs
   
3. Properly handle tool kits and use protective gear
   
4. Ensure availability of fire -fighting equipment
   

• Only male candidates
  
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post -graduation
  
• Minimum experience: 6 months in the automobile service sector
