Job Description - EV Maintenance

- Project Management: Supervise electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Team Leadership: Manage and train teams of electricians and technicians, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate risks.

- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose problems, and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure Preventive maintenance schedule adherence

- Analyse breakdowns and take corrective/preventive actions

- Drive energy -saving projects across the plant

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree or EEE in Electrical Engineering.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills, with proficiency in electrical design and installation.
