Event Production Manager

Job Brief:We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Event Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events. You will ensure each event is executed flawlessly, meets client expectations, and stays within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.


Responsibilities:
4+ years of relevant experience in the event industry as a production resource
. Serve as a primary point of contact for all event regarding queries, maintaining strong
relationships with the clients and make sure that the expectations are met
. Work closely with other departments to ensure that the events run smoothly from beginning
to end
. Oversee the entire event production process and not limited to venue selection, vendor
management, budget, logistics and on-site execution
. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers and securing best possible rates and terms
. Stay up-to-date with the industry norms, trends, identifying new opportunities for growth
and development
