We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Events &
Community to lead our community engagement strategy, manage end-to-end
event initiatives, and strengthen Tsaaro's presence across industry, academia,
and professional networks.

Program Duration: Full-Time Role

thought leadership, and community presence across India and global markets.
What is the Role About?
The Events & Community - Assistant Manager role
at Tsaaro is focused on driving strategic community engagement through
impactful events, partnerships, and networking initiatives. You'll take
ownership of planning and executing webinars, conferences, roundtables,
workshops, meetups, and community-led initiatives while developing long-term
engagement strategies that strengthen Tsaaro's ecosystem.
You'll collaborate with leadership, marketing, consulting,
sales, and external stakeholders to build meaningful experiences that position
Tsaaro as a leading voice in Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, AI Governance, and
Digital Trust.
You'll get to:
- Lead
the end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, conferences, workshops,
roundtables, networking events, and community meetups.
- Develop
and execute community engagement strategies to grow Tsaaro's presence
across online and offline platforms.
- Build
and nurture strategic relationships with industry experts, speakers,
partners, academic institutions, and professional communities.
- Collaborate
with marketing, consulting, training, and business teams to create
high-impact event experiences aligned with business objectives.
- Manage
event budgets, vendor coordination, sponsorship activities, venue
logistics, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive
community growth across platforms including LinkedIn, Discord, WhatsApp,
and other professional forums.
- Track
event performance, engagement metrics, attendee feedback, and ROI while
preparing detailed post-event reports and recommendations.
- Create
event calendars, communication plans, newsletters, promotional campaigns,
and engagement initiatives to maximize participation.
- Identify
new partnership opportunities and innovative engagement formats that
enhance Tsaaro's visibility and thought leadership.
- Mentor
junior team members and coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure
timely delivery of community initiatives.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Business Administration,
Event Management, or a related field.
- 4 – 5+ years of experience in event management, community building,
marketing, corporate communications, or partnership management.
- Proven
experience managing end-to-end corporate events, webinars, conferences, or
professional communities.
- Excellent
communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong
project management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and event management or CRM
tools.
- Ability
to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.
