We’re looking for an Events and Community Associate to help us plan, manage, and grow our community engagement initiatives across India and beyond.

Position: Events & Community Associate

Program Duration: Full -Time Role

Opportunity: Work closely with industry experts and leadership teams to strengthen Tsaaro’s brand and community presence.

What is the Role About?

You’ll get to:

• Plan, organize, and execute events, workshops, webinars, and meetups across different formats.
  

• Build and manage Tsaaro’s offline/online privacy communities across platforms like LinkedIn, Discord, and other forums.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event content aligns with privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection themes.
  

• Coordinate with speakers, partners, and attendees to ensure seamless event execution.
  

• Develop post -event reports, engagement plans, and community growth strategies.
  

• Create communication materials like event invites, newsletters, and post -event updates
  

What You Need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Communications, or Management preferred).
  

• 0–2 years of experience in event management, marketing, or community engagement.
  

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools like Canva or Google Workspace.
  

• A creative, proactive, and people -oriented mindset.
  

• Enthusiasm for building communities around technology, privacy, and security.
  

• Strong organizational and time -management skills.
  

• Ability to multitask, handle logistics, and manage event timelines.
  

• Comfort working with cross -functional teams (marketing, sales, training, and consulting).
  

• Familiarity with social media engagement and event promotion best practices.
