The EX Venture Academy is calling on the next generation of ambitious leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs from Asia's top cities to join an elite cohort in Bali, Indonesia. This is a three-month, fully immersive fellowship designed for intensive personal and professional transformation.

Our mission is to equip you with the practical skills to lead in sustainability, innovation, and Artificial Intelligence. Forget traditional classrooms. You will learn by building real-world solutions for our €60M portfolio of companies, turning theory into tangible experience from day one.

Your 12-Week Transformation Journey

Our curriculum is a hands-on deep dive into the skills that matter now.

• Weeks 1–2: Orientation & Foundations Master the fundamentals of sustainability, including circular economy principles, ESG frameworks, and climate tech, to understand and solve complex global challenges.

• Weeks 3–4: AI & Emerging Technologies Gain a powerful competitive advantage with hands-on training in AI for business and data analysis. You'll get licensed, practical experience with a suite of cutting-edge tools, including ChatGPT Plus, Midjourney, and bolt.new, manus.ai, Gemini, Veo, and n8n Automations.

• Weeks 5–6: Entrepreneurship & Innovation Learn to build, pivot, and scale a successful venture. Master startup methodology, business model canvas, and the art of pitching to investors.

• Weeks 7–8: Leadership & Professional Skills Develop the core competencies of a global leader: strategic communication, project management, cross-cultural competency, and effective team leadership.

• Weeks 9–12: Real-World Application Apply your new skills directly to capstone projects with our portfolio companies, preparing and presenting your work to industry mentors.
