Executive

·       Monitoring all employees’ extra time on working days/week
off/paid holidays.

·       Tracking of chronic absentees, reporting the ratio and % of
absentees on a daily basis.

·       Edit, update or change the employee records and their
relevant paperwork

·       Employee attendance and absenteeism record maintenance

·       Assist in Employee salary and wage Payroll Processing

·       Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files,
records, and documentation

·       Performs periodic audits of files and records to ensure that
all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

·       Prepare and Maintains forms and registers with respective to
Factories Act.
